Solution for this issue is to perform the below:
- Backup the $MANAGED_SERVER_HOME/data/ldap
- Rename/Delete ldap folder.
- Update the $MANAGED_SERVER_HOM/security/boot.properties with password and user id.
- Startup the managed server.
